| 摘 要： | 法的价值是更本质更深层的东西。法的价值目标和价值取向是法的价值范畴中不同层次的概念,法的价值取向不同,其基本价值目标也不相同。经济法的社会整体效益的价值取向,决定了经济法不同于民法、行政法的价值目标的追求,进而使经济法与民法、行政法区别开,这就决定了经济法具有独特的内在规定性:经济法是一个独立的法律部门。

| Abstract: | Value of law is something quite essential and profound. Aim of law's value and tendency of law's value are two definition of different layer in law's value sphere. Different law's value tendency leads to different aim of law's value. The economic law's tendency, which emphasizes social overall benefit determines the value aim of economic law is different from the civil law and administrative law, which also determines the special character of economic law. Economic law is an independent sector of law. |
