| Abstract: | Discretion in police administration is the important,and also the obvious and distinctive part of administration power.It is the necessary power for the subject of the police administration to improve administrative efficiency and it is also a realistic problem in social public affairs management for the subject of police admninistration to solve.It is of significance to explore the way of appropriate and reasonable application of police administration's discretion. |
