| 摘 要： | 现代辅警机制是现代警务机制必不可少的重要组成部分,其实质就是将一切可被警方利用的社会资源和治安力量融合起来,进行科学化、制度化、集约化的高效运作。构建现代辅警机制是一项长期、系统的工程,需要进一步拓展工作思路,大力开发“三大辅警资源”。

| Abstract: | Modem mechanism to assist police is an important component of modem policing mechanism, whose essence is to ally all the possible social resources and peace order force for the police use, operating it scientifically, systematically and intensively in a high efficient way. Constructing modem policing mechanism to assist police is a long and systematic project, requiring to further broaden working way of thinking and develop "three resources to assist police" in a broad way. |
