互联网涉警舆情长效引导机制建设研究

在互联网高度发达的今天,几乎警察的所有执法行为都显露在社会大众面前,但当下的网络涉警舆情却出现了警察群体"妖魔化"的趋势,这对警察的公共形象建设形成了严峻的现实挑战。针对这一现象,为消除互联网时代涉警负面舆情,建立良好的警察公共关系,本文分析了当前涉警舆情引导存在的四方面的突出问题,并以"基础研究、应用谋略、及时读判、快速反应、主动引导、慎用警力"二十四字方针为核心,提出了建立涉警舆情引导工作的五个设想,最终得出建立互联网涉警舆情引导机制是现代公安工作的必然选择的结论,以期对今后的理论研究和实践工作提供一些参考和借鉴。

Constructing Long-term Guidance Mechanism of Police-related Internet Public Opinion

In modern society of highly developed internet,almost all the law enforcement acts of the police are displayed in the public.However,the current police-related public opinion appears a trend of demonizing police groups,which gives severe challenges to the construction of the police’s public image.After analyzing highlighted problems in guidance work of police-related public opinion from four aspects and centering on the guidelines of "basic research,application strategies,timely judgments,fast reaction,active guide,cautiously using police force" as the core,this article puts forward five assumptions to build guidance work of police-related public opinion in order to eliminate negative police-related public opinion and build good public relations.At last,this article draws a conclusion that it is the inevitable choice for modern public security work to establish guidance mechanism of police-related internet public opinion and provides some reference for theoretical research and practice hereafter.
