| 摘 要： | 金融工程在本质上是一种金融创新的工具 ,是金融中介为客户解决特定金融难题的一种系统性分析方法。它的核心是为客户设计开发出新的金融产品以满足其特定的要求 ,并在新的金融产品开发过程中有效地实现金融风险控制与管理。在实际运作中 ,金融风险的管理与控制离不开金融工程的整合与发展。

| Abstract: | Financial project, essentially, should provide tools for financial innovation, and it is a systematic analytical method by which financial agencies solve difficult problems for clients. Its nucleus is to design and develop new financial products to satisfy the clients' special demands, and to control efficiently financial risks while developing new financial products. In practical operation, management and control of financial risks can not be independent of the development of the financial project. |
