提高社会性别意识任重道远--福建省党政干部性别意识调查与分析

性别和谐是社会和谐的重要组成部分,是构建社会主义和谐社会和全面建设小康社会的重要指标之一。但在现实中,仍有相当多的公民,包括党政干部对社会性别问题认识有限。党政干部的社会性别意识状况直接关系到男女平等基本国策的实施和社会资源的配置。因而,我们对部分福建省党政干部进行性别意识调查,并对调查结果进行分析,提出提高党政干部性别意识的建议。

Raising Gender Awareness, Heavy Tasks ahead: Analysis of Survey on Gender Awareness among Party and Government Officials in Fujian

Harmony between the two sexes is an important part of a harmonious society and also a crucial indicator for the building of a socialist harmonious Xiao Kang society.In actuality,however,there are still many citizens,including party and government officials,who have limited knowledge of gender.The state of gender awareness among party and government officials affects the implementation of as well as the distribution of resources to the state policy of equality between women and men.We conducted a survey among party and government officials in Fujian and suggest ways to raise gender awareness among officials based on our survey findings.
