| 摘 要： | 黑社会性质组织犯罪具有严重的社会危害性,其不仅破坏社会治安,扰乱经济秩序,而且阻碍社会进步,腐蚀党政肌体,散布腐朽的意识形态,甚至会威胁地方政权的稳定。分析黑社会性质组织犯罪产生的原因及特征,为遏制黑社会性质组织犯罪提供理论依据和实践参考,已成为打击黑社会性质组织犯罪的重要命题。
