人民警察职业倦怠的成因及对策

人民警察的神圣职责要求其在整个职业生涯中始终保持开放的心境、积极进取的精神、随机应变的能力、坚定的意志和敏锐的直觉等。而职业倦怠则悄无声息地伤害着他们,使人民警察失去谋求专业发展的上进心,体会不到工作的乐趣和成功。人民警察只有克服职业倦怠,保持愉快的心境,才容易形成良好的人际关系,才利于精力充沛、思维清晰地投入工作,从而提高工作效率。所以必须对人民警察的职业倦怠现象引起足够的关注并采取相应的对策。

The holy duty of people＇s police requests that policemen should keep an open mind,active spirit,the ability of acting according to circumstances,stong will and keen intuition.
