黑龙江省对俄东部地区农业合作升级问题研究

黑龙江省与俄罗斯远东地区毗邻，是中国对俄开展境外农业合作最早的地区。依托地缘、人缘优势发展与毗邻的俄罗斯东部地区的农业合作，不仅有助于实现我省对俄经贸合作战略升级，而且将促进俄东部地区农业的发展，巩固中俄长期睦邻友好、平等互利合作、共同发展的伙伴关系。近年来，黑龙江省对俄农业合作取得了较好的成效，产生了一定的经济效益和社会效益，但也存在着一些问题。

A Study of the Upgrade of Heilongjiang Province's Agricultural Cooperation with Russian East Area

Heilongjiang Province is adjacent to the Russian Far East where is the earliest region with which China carried out an agricul- tural cooperation abroad. Relying on geographical advantage and popularity, Heilongjiang to develop agricultural cooperation with the neighboring Russian Far East is not only helpful in realizing the strategic upgrade of the province's economic and trade cooperation with Russia, but also will promote the development of agriculture in the Russian east area, strengthen the Sino - Russian long - tern good - neighborly and friendly relations and equal and mutually beneficial cooperation and jointly develop their partnership. In recent years, their cooperation has achieved a better result and produced a certain economic and social benefits, but it has some problems, too.
