The Plural Perspectives for International Economic Law Theories

There should be plural perspectives and approaches for the study of modem international economic law, which for example include legal perspective, economic perspective, political perspective, historical perspective, philosophical perspective, the perspective of human rights, the perspective of development, and the perspective of sustainable development. Jackson's pragmatistic constitutional analysis, Petersmann's idealist liberal constitutional analysis, and Qureshi' s globally plural legal analysis are three main perspectives in the international economic academia. The plural theories of international economic law indicate that the research of international economic law is going out of the immature and poor state forward maturity and prosperity. Going with it, the disputes centering conceptions are left behind, and the competitions between theories and paradigms begin.
