论当前高学历人员犯罪的特点、原因及对策

当前我国高学历人员犯罪呈现逐年增长的趋势，高学历人员犯罪低龄化趋势明显，且多以实施职务性犯罪和侵财性犯罪为主，高学历犯罪人员多为无业人员、外来人员，高学历犯罪人员中累犯的比例较小。高学历人员犯罪是高校扩招的影响、监督制约机制不完善、部分高学历人员意志薄弱、法制观念淡薄等因素造成的，应采取相应的预防对策。
