| Abstract: | The transfer of surplus rural laborers is a precondition for the realization of China's agricultural modernization, and an important approach to increasing farmers' income. In order to transfer surplus rural laborers, the government needs to take active steps to organize and export them to abroad, and to take them in to work in the second and third industries. Meanwhile, it is a realistic choice to take in and absorb as many surplus rural laborers in agricultural fields as possible. |
