| 摘 要： | 社会保障制度的特征决定了市场经济条件下完善的社会保障制度尤显重要。但是我国现行的社会保障制度体系仍存在一些问题,不能适应社会的发展。完善和发展社会保障法律制度,建立适合我国国情的社会保障法律制度具有重要的战略意义。
