The New Rich in Russia

A new class of rich people became wealthy quickly after the disintegration of USSR along with its transition from planned economy to market economy.With a distorted morality,the new rich in Russia seek after Western living style and lead a luxurious and debauched life.Their wealth has not brought any benefits to the society and the country.On the contrary,they exerted a negative impact on the psychology of Russian young people and their values.It has become an urgent task for the Russian government and the Russian society to deal with the illegal activities and to arouse the moral sense and the patriotism of the Russian young people who are being poisoned by the new rich people's degenerate life.
