| 摘 要： | 非公有制经济代表人士进入各级政协、人大,甚至在政府中担任一定职务,是新时期统一战线工作的新形式和新内容.对非公有制经济代表人士进行相应的政治安排,是政治系统吸引和整合新的社会力量的重要手段,也是社会主义政治文明建设的重要内容.本文从系统论的视角,分析了非公有制经济代表人士政治安排的几个问题.

| Abstract: | It is a kind of new form of United Front work in the new stage that representatives for non-public economy become members of CPPCC and People's Congress,even being appointed certain positions in government departments.Proper political arrangements for representatives for non-public economy are a major measure for the political system to attract and integrate new social forces and an important part of the construction of socialist political civilization.The writer discusses several issues about such political arrangements from the view of System Theory. |
