| Abstract: | In the duration of the urbanization,it is inevitable to pull down some old houses and relocate the residents.What the government should pay attention to is how to do the work legally and deal well with the relation among the government,the organizations in charge of the work and the household that has to be relocated due to pull-down of the original home,and how to protect rights of the household mentioned above,which are also the subject the author studies in the article. |
