| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和发展 ,经济犯罪已引起社会各界的广泛关注。严厉打击经济犯罪、维护正常的经济秩序是公安机关服务经济建设的具体表现。构建经济犯罪的打防战略 ,必须切实把握经济犯罪的主要特点 ,深入分析其形成原因 ,从中找出打击和防治经济犯罪的工作对策。

| Abstract: | With the establishment and development of the system of socialist market economy,the issue of economic crimes has incurred wide concerns of the whole society.Severely striking economic crime and maintaining normal economic order embodies the public security organs' service to economic construction.To establish the strategy of striking and preventing economic crime,it is necessary to actualy grasp its main features and thoroughly analyse its roots,then to find out the countermeasures against it. |
