| 摘 要： | 近年来,绑架人质案件有日益增多的趋势,并在绑架的对象、绑匪成员的构成、绑匪与人质的内在关系、绑匪与人质家属联系的方式等方面出现一些新的特点.对此,必须坚持"内紧外松,慎密处警"及"突出重心、多管齐下"的原则,以有效打击此类犯罪.
