| Abstract: | Judicial alteration reflects the relationship between executive power and judicial power in the most deep way. In a sense, perfection of the system of judicial alteration greatly help handle the relationship between them reasonably and properly. However, in China the movement of judicial alteration isn't up to much. By analyzing the status quo of the operation of judicial alteration, and starting with the standards and principles that judicial alteration design should follow, actions of judicial alteration should be further improved. |
