加入世界贸易组织后的国内治安局势和公安工作

加入世界贸易组织 ,直接参与世界范围的经济竞争 ,在给我国带来新的机遇和挑战的同时 ,也会给我国的政治、经济带来新的变动 ,给社会治安带来新情况、新问题 :由农业、农产品市场面临冲击 ,农民就业和收入受限而产生影响社会稳定的因素 ;成本高、技术水平低、创新能力差、管理落后、产品供大于求的企业将面临较大冲击 ;开放服务性行业 ,会引起国际间联动和社会振荡 ;政企不分、以特权获取垄断利润的企业和行业将面临入世压力 ;国家对经济进行战略性调整、建立现代企业、减员增效 ,会产生短期下岗阵痛。同时 ,某些西方国家对我国的政治、经济和文化渗透将加强 ,出入境管理、外国人管理等任务加重。公安机关必须更新观念 ,建立适应市场经济的社会管理网络 ,组建强有力的经济侦察机构 ,提高公安民警的执法水平 ,维护我国的合法权益 ,为经济建设服务

The Public Security Situation and Work after Entering into WTO

After entering WTO,China can directly participate in world economic competition.As a result,we face new opportunities and challenges as well as new situation and problems concerning social stability.The public security organs should update their modes of thought,set up the net of social management to meet the needs of market economy,establish effective economic crime investigation organs,improve the police officer's level of law enforcement,safeguard the legal rights of our country and serve the economic construction.
