On Theoretical System of Deng Xiaoping's Thought on Party Diplomacy

The paper differentiates the two concepts of "the thought on party diplomacy" and "the theory of inter-party relationships" and demonstrates the importance of the research on Deng Xiaoping's thought on party diplomacy. It expounds from its guiding ideology, objective and purpose, judgment and theme, function and role, and the basic principles and tactics of inter-party relationships, and tries to build a theoretical system on that basis.
