| Abstract: | By the Original Position,Rawls demonstrates the rationality of an abstract theory of contract(Justice as Fairness) while he criticizes utilitarianism.It is realized that the former overthrows the latter in ethical values.This is positive to our construction of actual Harmonious Society. |
