交通警察执法形式比较探析

大量出现的交通违法行为很大层面上是由于在我国目前的交通管理条件下交通违法成本远低于执法成本造成的。提出把现场执法、暗中执法和非现场执法有机结合,互相补充、取长补短,采用灵活统筹的交通执法形式,加大执法震慑力度,进而解决交通警力严重不足的新的思路。

Comparative analysis on law enforcement forms of traffic police

The emergence of a large number of traffic violations on a large level is due to the offense costs under the conditions of our current traffic management are far less than the costs of law enforcement. The paper proposed new ideas to combine the site law enforcement,secret law enforcement and non-site law enforcement to be complemented each other and learnt from each other, to use flexible forms of traffic law enforcement,to strengthen law enforcement efforts to further solve the serious shortage of traffic police.
