科学发展观与历史唯物主义关系探析

On the Relationship between Scientific Development View and Historic Materialism

The advocating of the development view of "putting people first,reaching an all-round coordinated and sustainable development" does not occur by chance,it is of historic necessity.Such an idea came into being in the course of China's reform and opening up to the outside world.It proceeded from the quick development of socialist economy and took sustainable development as a necessary stage.It was formed on the basis of drawing experience from the economic and social development of both home and abroad.Most important of all,it took Marxist theory especially historic materialism as the precondition.
