| 摘 要： | 侦查中强制到案措施的基本问题首先是它的概念,对概念的探讨必须涉及基本人权、适用主体、目的功能的分析。强制到案措施的主要特征可以概括为两个:有效的强制和适度的剥夺人身自由。对其运行机制的分析则包括运行原则和权力配置机制两大部分。
