| Abstract: | In the process of execution of sentence in prison, justice remains an important element involving in the execution, and impels the prison to gradually change the barbarical executuion into civilized execution. Justice should be the value of execution in prison. Therefore, realizing the justice of execution is the key to enhance the quality of execution in prison. |
