| 摘 要： | 从东西部经济之间的互补关系出发,东西部经济之间联合与协作的内容有短缺物资的联合开发、金融协作、科技协作、区际产业结构的协调.其机制包括市场机制、宏观调控机制、协调机制.其战略思路应当是在优化软、硬环境的基础上,加大西部对外开放的力度,发展东西部各省市之间以及企业之间的联合与协作.

| Abstract: | According to the complementary economic relationship between the eastern and western regions, the contents of mutual coordination include united development of shortage resources,financial and tech- nological cooperation,coordination in industrial structure.The mechanism should include market mecha- nism,macro-control mechanism,and coordination mechanism.The fundamental strategic thinking should be:optimizing the soft and solid environment of coordination,increasing the extent of western region's opening,developing the coordination between provinces and enterprises in the eastern and western regions. |
