| 摘 要： | 本系统是采用计算机程序执行测量鉴别肇事汽车车灯碎片的方法和车灯特征信息获取测量的装置,利用此系统进行计算机检索可快速鉴别出肇事逃逸车辆的种类、车名和车型。使用本装置可以极大提高事故现场车灯碎片鉴别的效率和准确度,显著缩小肇事逃逸车辆的侦查范围,提高交通肇事车辆逃逸案件的侦破率。

| Abstract: | This system is a device that measures and inspects vehicles' broken lights pieces of a traffic accident by using the computer programmer and obtains the measurements through the light's characteristic information . The classification , name and model of the escaping vehicle will be quickly found out by using computer retrieval system. The efficiency and accuracy of inspecting the pieces on the spot of accident are highly raised by using this device. The scope of investigating escaping vehicles is remarkable reduced . The detection rates for cases of vehicles escaping from traffic accidents are also raised . |
