| 摘 要： | 作者将 1 999年《合同法》与 1 982年《经济合同法》对债权保护的有关规定做了比较。《合同法》改变了原《经济合同法》对债权人利益保护不力的规定 ,立法的出发点就是坚决加强对债权人利益的保护 ,在《合同法》中主要体现为“四权”、“三金”的规定。

| Abstract: | The thesis compares the related regulations of protecting creditors’interests in the 1999 Contract Law with those in the 1998 Economic Contract Law.The 1999 Contract Law, mainly embodied by regulations of “four rights” and “three money”, has modified those regulations of the 1982 Economic Contract Law that can not adequately protect the interests of creditors. The modification of the stipulations is intended to intensify the protection of the creditors’ interests. |
