| 摘 要： | 由于侦查是刑事司法系统的起始环节，决定着后续诉讼环节的启动与否及运作效果，因此谈及司法错误问题，不可避免地要涉及侦查阶段的错误。为什么要研究侦查错误？简言之就是要认真对待侦查错误，进而预防，减少甚至消除侦查错误。

| Abstract: | As the initial link of criminal justice system, investigation determines the follow-up link＇s start-up or not, and the operation effect. Therefore, the problem of judicial mistake will inevitably involve the mistake of investigation. Why should we study the mistake of investigation？ In short, we should take it seriously so as to prevent, reduce and even eliminate the mistake of investigation. |
