A Jurisprudence Study: a Start of Ruling of Law in Regional Economic Development

Though the regional economic development is a major topic in theory and practice, there is less concern from jurisprudence. In fact, the jurisprudence can offer theoretical guidelines and act as a start of ruling of law to analyze the fundamental issues in favor of guiding regulations of law and promoting legitimatization so as to share the achievements of regional economic development.
