| Abstract: | Modernization is a process to improve the economy,politics,society,culture and humanity itself.We should make use of the opportunity of economic cooperation in Pan-Beibu-Bay-Area as well as the advantages in these regions,take workable measures to settle the outstanding problems so as to push forward the modernization construction of these regions,making them a growth pole. |
