石油工业是俄罗斯经济的主导部门之一。从俄罗斯经济发展的长远战略考虑,俄在较长时期内还将主要依靠能源产业,因此,必须对这个关系到经济发展前景的产业加强国家的掌控力度,通过对石油工业格局重新调整,加大国有股份的比重。目前,俄官方、媒体和专家达成的共识是,可能会存在四五家大型能源公司。俄罗斯东西伯利亚和萨哈林地区拥有丰富的碳氢化合物资源,正在积极寻求国际合作,以对产地进行勘探和开发。这为中俄能源合作提供了契机。

A NEW PATTERN OF RUSSIAN OIL INDUSTRY AFTER YUKOS EVENT

It can be said that oil plays a key role in Russia's economic recovery.In consideration of a long-term strategy for economic development,Russia will rely mainly on energy industry over a long period of time.Therefore,the state will make an effort to control the industry which has great concern for economic development,and recompose the existing oil structure to increase state shares.At present,officials,media and experts have reached such a common consent:it would be possible for four to five large-scale energy corporations to survive in Russia.East Siberia and Sakhalin region abound in hydrocarbon resource and now lood for international cooperation in prospecting and exploitation which provides a turning point for Sino-Russian energy cooperation.
