少孢节丛孢菌孢子批量培养及通过动物消化道的试验

摘    要:试验了捕食线虫性真菌———少孢节丛孢菌 (Arthrobotrysoligospora)孢子批量培养技术、孢子通过兔消化道后的活力及其对绵羊消化液的体外耐受力。结果表明 ,少孢节丛孢菌孢子最适合以玉米粒为基质批量培养 ;少孢节丛孢菌的孢子在通过兔消化道后 ,可以保持存活 ;并且在体外对绵羊瘤胃液、真胃液、十二指肠液有一定的耐受力

Abstract:The technique of cultivating conidia of Arthrobotrys oligospora in batches, their trapping activity after going through the alimentary canal of rabbits and their endurance in the digestive fluid of sheep in vitro were carried out. The results indicated that the best medium was maize grains for cultivating conidia of Arthrobotrys oligospora in batches. It was also showed that the conidia can be able to survive (after) passing through the gastro-intestinal tract of rabbits and endure in the fluid of rumem, abomasums and duodenum of sheep in vitro.
