| 摘 要： | 朱熹集前人思想之大成,把儒家经典哲理化,同时也完成了中国封建正统法律思想的哲理化。他的法律思想表现在以“存天理,灭人欲”为核心的“因事制宜”的变法理论、“相为始终”的德礼政刑理论以及“以严为本,而以宽济之”的司法主张等方面。朱熹的法律思想对后世影响深远。

| Abstract: | Zhu Xi incorporate the strong points of thoughts of f orefathers, made China feudal orthodox legal philosophic theory of thought, and Confucianists classical philosophic theory. His legal thought was displayed by " different place ,different custom" with "depositting justice and killing people' wish " at core, politics and penalty theory "looks for all the time " , and "wi th the tight as foundation, with the wide to adjust ". Legal thought of Zhu Xi h as deep influence to later age. |
