| Abstract: | The article studies the concept and feature of constitutionalism,and then at the same time combines the concept and natures of police power.In this way it analyzes the constitutional base of the police power,the situations of constitutional system,the relation in the police power and the civil rights.At last,it puts forward some suggestions for the police power in our future constitution-al system. |
