| 摘 要： | 循环经济法是经济法部门下的一个子部门法。循环经济法的定位关系到其在法律体系中的地位和发展问题,文章将从循环经济法与经济法＂三个特性＂、＂两个核心＂、＂一个归宿＂的契合来分析二者的关系。循环经济法与经济法这样的高度契合并不是偶然的,其是社会规律发展的结果,也是社会经济发展的必经之路。

| Abstract: | Circular economy law is a sub - branch law of economic law. The positioning of Circular Economy Law is related to its status and development in the legal system. The article analyzes the relation between them through ＂three characteristics＂,＂ two cores＂ ,and ＂one destination＂. It is not accidental that Circular Economy Law and E- conomic Law are in such a highly fit. This is the result of the development of social rules and the only way for social and economic development. |
