| 摘 要： | 抢劫、抢夺犯罪极大地影响到社会治安形势,使人民群众的安全感迅速下降。分析当前抢劫、抢夺犯罪的特点及其原因,有针对性地制定预防和打击对策,才能有效遏制抢劫、抢夺犯罪活动的高发势头。
