In the field of political civilization, political corruption is a theme that could not be neglected. It is a kind of morbid political phenomena, which means the weakness and comedown of the publicity of powers. It ruins social relations, erodes the basis of society and economics, and most important, rusts the democracy and challenges the rule of law, and stunts political civilization. Power corruption might exist in fields of legislation, administration, jurisdiction, election, etc. It is a systematic work to restrain political corruption in all aspects, with an eye to three aspects, that is, materials, spirits and systems: to ensure necessary material treatment and to realize the strategy of making probity according to salaries; to strengthen political morals and to reject political corruption according to personality; to perfect systems and to prevent political corruption according to systems.
