| 摘 要： | 但凡一门以科学命名自身的学科之研究，其学科自立无外乎两个方面的内容，一为知识，一为方法。宪法学作为一种科学，其自立亦由此二者来构架。宪法学之不能自立，缘由在于方法论受制于政治学，但是否可置宪法学知识个性构成及学科关联于不顾，单论成理，是值得商榷的问题。另，宪法学方法论是混淆于政治学方法论中无从辨认，还是泯然于一般法学方法论中无法觅形，应持有一个清醒的认识。

| Abstract: | One discipline calling itself science shall have two factors: one is knowledge and the other is methodology.Constitution as a subject of science is formed by the two elements.Constitution can not be inde-pendent.One of the reasons is that its methodology is confined to politics,but it is not the only reason.Constitu-tion knowledge is a factor which requires our attention too. |
