2004年7月在广州召开的泛珠三角区域经贸洽谈会上,贵州与其他8省区共同签订了《泛珠三角九省区劳务合作协议》,它标志着泛珠三角区域劳务合作全面启动。这对于提升贵州劳务输出的规模和层次、发挥贵州劳务资源优势具重要意义,它将在促进贵州民族地区经济和社会发展、农村脱贫,区域合作及协调发展中发挥重要作用,并将在加强外出务工人员、尤其是农民工权益保障等方面产生积极的影响。

The Significance of Labor Services Collaboration in The General Region of Zhujiang River Delta to The National Area of Guizhou

Guizhou and the other 8 provinces signed the agreement of labor services collaboration among the 9 provinces in the general region of Zhujiang River Delta on the conference of economic and business negotiation convoked in Guangzhou in July 2004, which symbolized the labor services collaboration in the general region of Zhujiang River Delta has been started in full scale. It has great significance to promote the scale and levels of the labor services output in Guizhou and to develop the advantage of labor services resources in Guizhou. It will develop great effects in promoting the economic and social development, for the rural areas escaping from poverty, and in region collaboration and harmonious development in the national region of Guizhou. Besides, it will produce active effects on strengthening assurance of rights and benefits for the export workers, especially for the peasant workers.
