| 摘 要： | 传统上我国学者对秘密侦查的概念也进行了研究，但对其概念的本质内涵及与临近概念的相互关系上还有待进一步界定。按照不同标准，可对秘密侦查可作不同的划分。秘密侦查具有诉讼、防卫两大功能，我们必须平衡这两大功能之价值。

| Abstract: | Traditionally,scholars in our country have studied the concept of secret investigation,but the essence connotation of the concept and its relationship with close concepts still need to be further defined.Secret investigation can be classified differently according to various standards.It is of such two great functions as lawsuit and defense,and we must banlance the value of the two functions. |
