入世后中小企业贵在科技竞争

加入WTO后 ,我国中小企业发展的关键在于提高科技竞争力 ,营造企业新优势。文章对欧美国家科技型中小企业发展进行了研究 ,提出从加大风险投资、生产和供应知识、市场竞争科学定位、创新科技人才、培育科技载体等方面全面提高我国中小企业科技竞争力 ,实现入世后我国中小企业的快速发展。

WTO Entry: Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Valued for Scientific & Technological Competition

After China jions the WTO, the centre of developing small and medium-sized enterprises in our country will lie in improving competitive ability of science and technology and creating new strengths of enterprise. This article studies the development of some small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in European-American countries and states that China must improve scientific and technological competitive ability in such ways as expansion of risk investem,knowledge in production and supply , scientific orientation of market competition, innovation of scientists and technicians, cultivation of science and technology carriers,and advance small and medium-sized enterprises after china's entry into WTO.
