| 摘 要： | 实践中，讯问策略在侦查讯问中发挥了较好的作用。但是目前人们对欺骗、引诱性策略的使用仍存在一定争议，因为一旦对这一策略使用不当，就极易导致虚假口供，造成冤假错案，但是如果正确运用对破案又能起到积极作用。因此讯问人员应当遵循一定原则，正确使用欺骗、引诱性策略。

| Abstract: | In practice the interrogation strategies play a good role in the investigation and interrogation,but now there is still controversial for the use of the deceptive and luring strategy.Because the inappropriate use of this strategy easily lead to false confessions and result in miscarriages of justice,but the correct use can play a positive role in the detection.Therefore,interrogators should follow certain principles to properly use the deceptive and luring strategy. |
