| Abstract: | This article expounds the history and actual functions of the criminal policy of "Leniency to Confessors, Severity to Resisters" ,and analyses some of the policy' s problems in existence. The author thinks we should further improve and apply the policy and give full play to its deterrent force against the criminal suspects and defendants. |
