| 摘 要： | 社区矫正作为我国行刑制度的一种新的尝试,蕴含着丰富的理论内涵,体现了刑法的宽容精神,河北省作为将要启动的第二批试点省份之一,借鉴其他试点的工作经验,在立法和司法层面上进一步完善社区矫正制度,实现罪犯回归社会的终极目标,意义重大.

| Abstract: | Community correction is a new attempt to executing penalty system in China,which had various theoretical contents.It shows the tolerant spirit of the criminal law.As the second group of selected provinces in trial on this system,it is necessary for Hebei to refer to the experience of other units,to perfect it in legislation and justice,and to achieve the ultimate goal that the criminals can return society. |
