2011年中印交流评析

2011年中印交流情况较为复杂。尽管出现印度高调介入南海争端、大力推进＂东向＂政策以反制中国的异常现象,但双方的常规交流也在有序多样、平稳推进。这说明印度要发展经济、反制中国、争当大国的战略需求与中国崛起势头发生碰撞,致使两国的竞争进一步加剧,同时也说明良好的历史积淀和相互依存的现实利益,是中印关系平稳发展的基石。未来中印关系是以合作还是对抗为主,关键在于彼此如何看待对方。中印宜以包容精神发掘经营共同利益和共同价值,加强合作、拒绝对抗、共谋发展。
