| 摘 要： | 司法鉴定活动的正义价值内涵不同于一般的诉讼活动，而应该包含科学正义的理念。科学正义、程序正义和实体正义是鉴定正义价值的三个层面，三者之间存在着相互冲突与平衡的关系，正确处理好这三者的关系有利于明确司法鉴定的改革目标和方向。

| Abstract: | The value of judicial identification justice is different from the general lawsuit proceedings,which should contain the scientific concept of justice. Science justice,procedural justice and entity justice are three levels of the value of identification justice.There are mutual conflict and balanced relationship among them.Properly handle the relationship among these is conducive to nail down the reform objectives and direction of the judicial identification. |
