| 摘 要： | 当前,警察教育培训教学最普遍的话题是如何提高实效性和针对性.要构建以实践教学为取向,以警察职业能力培养为目标的警察教育培训实践教学模式,将"知识传授型培训"转变为"问题解决型培训"."基于问题的培训"是解决这一问题有效而务实的教学模式.
