| 摘 要： | 建筑安全生产违法行为中承担的法律责任以行政责任最多、最具体,因此行政责任应当是《城市轨道交通工程安全质量管理条例》规定的主要法律责任形式。文章对城市轨道交通工程行政管理部门及其工作人员在执法中的违法行政应当承担的行政责任进行了分析,以期对《条例》的制定提供立法建议。

| Abstract: | Administrative responsibility should be the main form of legal responsibility in the Safe Mass Management Rule of Urban Railway Transport Engineering for legal responsibility in illegal action of building safe production is mainly rely on the administrative responsibility.The article analyses the administrative responsibility which the organs or officers in urban railway transport engineering management done illegal actions should be undertaken.And it also want to provide legislative suggestions to this rule. |
